BC Color Freeze by Schwarzkopf Professional

I received this product for review purposes, however my opinions are still my own!

I was lucky to get the opportunity to attend an event at Schwarzkopf Professional Academy in Toronto to enjoy some drinks and learn about the BC Bonacure product lines. Beauty Vixen and I not only had a blast but we learned a lot. After learning any the products the line that I was most eager to take home and try was the BC Color Freeze products.

BC Color Freeze According to Me

I pretty much give Anna/Ani/Sonia from Ikon Salon carte blanche when it comes to my cut and color because they are amazing and I get to come out with some fun looks! That being said going from red to lighter to dark again did make my hair a bit dry and a bit fussy. BC Color Freeze line not only keeps my color lasting (which is a win for my bank balance) it has also helped add some life and moisture back into my abused strands.

BC Color Freeze Sulfate-Free Shampoo

This shampoo packaging is great, it has a pop top lid which is brilliant engineering. That coupled with the fact that it smells delicious I think I am going to have a hard time going back to any other products! What I love is that you don’t need a lot of product to get results and you can tell right away that it is adding nutrients and all that good stuff right back into your strands.

BC Color Freeze Conditioner

This is a lightweight conditioner that packs a big punch. It has the same delicious scent as the shampoo, but is a much creamier and richer texture. A little goes a long way and I find starting at the scalp and working my way down to be the most effective way to apply. It rinses off with no residue left behind, yet my threads are essentially tangle free (it’s basically a magical product). Having been using it in conjunction with the shampoo regularly for the past 3 weeks has left my hair soft, shiny and healthy looking!

BC Color Freeze Treatment

I often skip treatment out of sheer laziness, however this product is one that I am confident in saying is a must have for anyone with hair color. Using it only 1 (maybe max 2 times) per week will help your hair color fight against fade while getting extra nourishment and shine. It only takes 5-10 min per treatment and your hair will thank you by being strong, shiny and healthy!
