Super Hydrating Glow-Boosting Sheet Mask

I think 2018 is the year that I focus on my skin, since I seem to be attracted to all things hydrating, anti-aging and complextion improving. When I was in Shoppers picking up non-beauty related products I came across Garnier’s Super Hydrating Glow-Boosting Sheet Masks, and couldn’t help but pick one up to try.

According to Garnier

  • A lightweight formula that gives your skin just what it needs – a boost of radiance, hydration and a gorgeous glow!
  • Enriched with sakura flower extract and hyaluronic acid, this mask is the perfect glow-boosting skin solution for dull-looking skin.
  • Flooding skin with intense, weightless hydration, the non-greasy formula hydrates, illuminates and enhances skin’s radiance.
  • The Super Hydrating Mask delivers 24 hours of long-lasting hydration, leaving skin smoother and more luminous after just one use.

According to Me

This is everything I love about a higher end sheet mask, with the convenience of being able to pick it up at the drug store (and get the points!). I like sheet masks because I find them easy to use and less messy than gel or mud masks.

This mask was very hydrating – my skin literally soaked all the moisture up it could. I didn’t find it greasy at all and my skin was nice and soft the evening of and the day after using the mask.

I’m not sure I would go as far as saying it is “glow boosting” – I mean my skin was more glowing from the hydration, but nothing extreme. That being said I did only use 1 mask, so perhaps regular use would make my skin more luminous. I would purchase this product again, or pick it up to add to a gift for someone looking for skin TLC.
