Clean Enhanced Organics – Surf Spray

*I received this product for free, however this in no way influences my opinion*

Summer time style is great because it’s so laid back and fresh. This summer I am looking forward to putting my straightener away and trying to maximize a trendy beach vibe. So when Clean Enhanced Organics asked if I wanted to try their Surf Style Surf Spray the timing couldn’t have been more perfect.

According to Clean Organics

  • Surf Spray creates a salty, sun-dried, wind-swept and sexy look in hair. Provides extra-strong hold, control, moisture and style.
  • Formulated with organic Kelp, Lime and Patchouli extracts, organic Lime and Birch essential oils and imported Dead Sea Salts.

According to Me

What I love about this product is that it is not heavy, not sticky, not stiff and not smelly. However if you need a lot of product or hold to tame your tresses then you might need something with more weight to it.

My hair is stubborn, but I was pleasantly surprised to see that the Surf Spray was able to hold some wave and texture into my otherwise straight, frizzy locks. Also with my bangs it seemed to all just work together.

It says that you can use it on wet or dry hair, but I find that the texture and waves work and stay better when I use on wet hair. I don’t wash my hair more than twice a week, so I get the best out of the product on freshly washed or washed yesterday hair. After that I am not receiving the same, fun in the sun, effect.

Overall I’m happy with the product and if you are looking for a light natural styling spray it’s worth checking out.
