Wet N Wild MegaGlo Contouring Palette

Back in March I was lucky enough to get my hands on some new Wet N Wild products (see post here) and I have been taking my time to try them out. So today I am going to write about the MegaGlo Contouring Palette.

According to Wet N Wild

  • This duo of perfectly complementary contouring powders delivers a flawlessly sculpted face in no time flat
  • The deeper color defines while the lighter color highlights your best features
  • Blendable, buildable color

According to Me

Contouring can be intimidating for many people – especially for those who are just getting into it. This product is perfect for novices to start playing around with contouring – as well as those of us who are more comfortable/experiences with it. Basically this is a perfect product for everyone – not matter where their makeup experience and comfort level is at.

It is a very light powder that you can build upon. This makes it perfect for daytime contouring and helping to create a more subtle look (I personally don’t like to go out in the day or go to work with a full Kardashian style contoured face).

My only warning is that if you are having a dry skin day then powder isn’t always the best product to use. For me powders are better for summer than winter – but everyone’s skin is different.

The big selling point is the price – $4.99!!! The quality is really great and worth checking out — and the fact that it won’t break the bank just makes it all that more spectacular.
